The cost of Maestra.io maintenance
The cost of Maestra.io service consists of two parts:
- A fixed monthly fee of $750, which covers project management, working with filters and segments, imports and exports, answering chat questions and other supporting tasks.
- A flexible part that depends on the volume of services provided. The more email campaigns or other Maestra.io tasks we perform, the higher is the cost.
We offer flexible arrangements: we can fully replace your CRM marketer position or work alongside your existing staff. Some companies keep regular processes in-house while outsourcing development and automation to us under the guidance of their CRM manager.
If your volume exceeds $1,900 per month, we are open to negotiating custom pricing. You can decide how to allocate the team’s resources at any time — for example, starting with basic trigger email campaigns and later shifting to trigger SMS and messenger campaigns.
If at any point you no longer need our services, just give one week’s notice so we can properly close the project and prepare final documentation. Unlike many agencies, we do not have long-term lock-ins or penalties for early termination.
